On our local front, the entire Ivey Motors team is fully committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff. We are following CDC Guidelines, and have implemented the hygiene recommendations specified by Ford Motor Company, to ensure the well-being of those we serve. 

•  Our service staff is taking attentive measures to disinfect vehicles after any contact before being returned to the customer, using Ford recommended cleaning supplies. We have purchased disposable steering wheel and seat covers to be used while in customer vehicles. To prevent further spread of illness, we have requested that if a customer feels they may be contagious with any ailment, that they please refrain from coming in. Ivey staff members are available to pick up and return vehicles for service work, at no extra cost to the customer. 

 

•  Our sales department currently remains open, but we encourage customers to utilize our ability to conduct vehicle purchase transactions over the phone and/or online, cutting back on face to face interaction as much as possible.

We are adhering to governmental self-distancing guidelines to the best of our ability, as customer and staff health is of utmost importance. Our community has come to rely on Ivey Motors for their automobile purchasing and service needs.
